2 1/2 cups blueberries and/or 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup roasted chocolate grasshoppers and/or 1/8 cup of cinnamon(optional)
maple syrup (optional)
Mix flour, baking powder, marmalade, eggs, vanilla, milk, and salt into a large bowl.
Heat a greased pan until hot, about 350 to 375 degrees. Add 1/4 cup pancake batter and let set. Sprinkle 1/4 cup blueberries and walnut combo. When pancakes have about 3-5 bubbles forming flip pancakes and keep in pan about another 30-45 seconds, depending upon how "rare" you like them.
Transfer pancakes to a warm plate and top with roasted chocolate grasshoppers, cinnamon and/or more butter, as well as maple syrup!
